Luke Briggs

Founder & Head Coach

I’m a husband, father of three, and founder of Total Life Fitness. I’ve been coaching since 2012, helping over 2,500 clients transform their bodies and lives.

After spending eight years as an in-person trainer, I saw a major gap - traditional coaching focused only on the 3 hours in the gym, but not the other 165 hours that truly determine success. That’s why I took my coaching online, providing parents, busy professionals and even retirees with a sustainable, science-backed approach to getting stronger, leaner and more confident without giving up their lives.

I understand the challenges of balancing a career, family and social life while trying to stay fit. That’s why our coaching focuses on real-world solutions - no extreme diets, no cutting out your favorite foods and no spending hours in the gym. Instead, we help clients build strength, boost energy and create habits that last.

I’m proud to lead a team of dedicated coaches who provide personalized guidance and support every step of the way. Each of us is passionate about helping high achievers unlock their full potential through fitness because we know firsthand how it can change everything.

I’ve been featured in EliteFTS, Yahoo, Breaking Muscle, Stack and Muscle & Strength, but my real passion is seeing clients succeed in their journey to better health and fitness. Our approach works anywhere, anytime and for anyone who wants real, lasting results.

Mark McCoy

Relatable Results

He’s worked with HUNDREDS of clients inside Total Life Fitness since 2020.

Mark himself lost over 60 pounds in his late 40s and early 50s and has now sustained his results for years.

He practices what he preaches, and our members love working with him because of how relatable he is - he achieved his results even with working 40-50+ hours as a mortgage lender and having a wife and two kids.

Mark is a certified nutrition coach (Nutritional Coaching Institute) and delivers actionable, no-fluff advice so our members know exactly what to focus on each week.

Lexi Casselton

Women’s Health & Metabolism Specialist

She’s one of our women’s health specialists, with extensive knowledge around hormones, metabolism and all topics related to women’s health.

Coach Lexi herself overcame an eating disorder and understands both the art and science of body transformation very well.

She’s given a number of amazing talks to our members about alcohol and its interaction with hormones, how to read protein supplement labels, the impact of stress and cortisol on transformation and more.

Lexi has a degree in exercise science and is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, and she is a voracious learner and stays on the cutting-edge of research and practical application so she can deliver the best possible results to the members she coaches.

Dawn Reali

Midlife & Longevity Expert

With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Dawn specializes in helping women over 40 navigate the unique challenges of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Her coaching approach focuses on fat loss, muscle building, hormonal balance and sustainable lifestyle habits to support long-term transformation.

Dawn combines strength training, behavior change and balanced nutrition to help women increase energy, improve mobility, build lean muscle and feel confident in their bodies again.

She’s passionate about educating and empowering women through every phase of midlife and beyond, and when she’s not coaching, you’ll find her at the gym, exploring the latest research in women’s health or spending time with her family.

At Total Life Fitness, we focus on the other 165 hours of your week. My goal is to provide parents, professionals, and retirees with a science-backed, sustainable bridge to peak health.
