MOTIVATIONAL NEEDS
MOTIVATIONAL NEEDS
Fulfilling the Eight Motivational Needs unlocks personal growth to achieve self-fulfillment and purpose.
Similar to pinball, relying on a "flipper" to repeatedly propel you against gravity, most personal improvement platforms operate with a scattered and random approach. In contrast, our curriculum embraces a one-on-one billiards-like contest. Here, each member aims, directing shots to squarely pocket every objective and clear the table for your win.
Our curriculum provides a structured sequence to enhance learning efficiency and reduce the likelihood of members playing pinball and going on a "self-guided tour." This billiards-like sequence is informed by the Eight Motivational Needs (table below). It aligns with a hierarchical structure, satisfying physiological, safety, love, esteem, cognitive, aesthetics, self-actualization, and transcendence needs.
Its template "Learn This / Do This" guides members logically and purposefully, reducing confusion and maximizing effectiveness. This approach serves as a framework for achieving an empowered lifestyle. Our curriculum delivers the Most Comprehensive Program In The World for high-level individuals serious about leveling up, maximizing wealth, improving performance, lengthening healthspan/lifespan, and becoming your full potential.
Once you achieve self-actualization, the ultimate goal is to reach transcendence by connecting with a purpose beyond oneself, being dedicated to serving others and realizing your full potential.
